About these workouts
In this series of short, easy to follow workouts, you will learn exercises designed specifically for dancers to target the muscles you use on a daily basis.
From a full-body warm-up, to workouts for the lower body, upper body and core, you will build strength to grow your skills and support your overall health and fitness.Ā
Louisa utilizes basic equipment (barre, mat and light weights) in each of these workouts which can easily be supplemented with household objects to get the same effect.

Former professional dancer and current master trainer, Louisa Paterson is a dedicated fitness instructor specializing in ballet-inspired workouts.
Her experience as a professional ballerina, combined with her education in fitness and wellness, gives her a unique perspective on training for dancers.
With each of her workouts, she hopes to empower all dancers to grow their strength, flexibility and overall confidence.
