About these Workouts
In this series of short, easy to follow workouts, you will learn exercises designed specifically for dancers to target the muscles you use on a daily basis.
From a full-body warm-up, to workouts for the lower body, upper body and core, you will build strength to grow your skills and support your overall health and fitness.Â
Louisa utilizes basic equipment (barre, mat and light weights) in each of these workouts which can easily be supplemented with household objects to get the same effect.
