Your Role
As a Junior/Graduate Full Stack Developer at DMC, you’ll shape global dance education and impact dancers and teachers worldwide. Your job will involve turning user feedback into actionable solutions, independently researching and devising innovative features and improvements.
Your Skills
- Full Stack Development: Proficiency in front-end and back-end development using JavaScript, HTML & CSS and/or eager to learn.
- Self-Learning: Ability to independently research and learn new skills as needed.
- No-Code/Low-Code Platforms: Experience with platforms like Shopify and WordPress, extending functionality with code.
- UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface design principles.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- You have a degree in computer science, a comparable field or equivalent work experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Platform Development: Oversee and enhance our website and mobile app, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Innovate and Optimize: Continuously analyze and improve platform features, driving technical advancements.
- Creative Feature Development: Design and build new features that set our platform apart.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Self-Guided Tech Management: You manage and execute all technical projects with a high level of independence.
