Alexandre Munz

Former Principal Berlin State Ballet

Renowned French dancer, choreographer and educator, Alexandre Munz trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School and went on to dance as a Principal soloist in Berlin. After a spine injury ended his dancing career, he developed the MUNZ FLOOR® and MUNZ BARRE® methods, focusing on fascia regeneration and spinal health. These innovative techniques are now used globally by dancers, athletes, and health professionals.
